Availability changes by the minute... at viper apparel we check inventory at our warehouses, with the manufacturer, calculate shipping times, your wear date and other factors to make sure your item(s) gets to you on time. If your item(s) is available, we need to place the order at that time to make sure your package arrives by your wear date. Although we pride ourselves on having swift responses over the web site, even a few minutes can make a difference in getting your dress by your wear date (especially during prom season Jan-Jun).we recommend that you place the order as soon as possible for the dress you want. If it is not available, your credit card will not be charged.

Ones your order is placed cannot be cancelled . only if the item is discontinued , or we wont be able to ship it befor your event day we ask you to to put in the event day and we try our best to have the dress to you in time incase of any alterations need to be made for the dress
Dresses: Our system will notify you via email and phone so please list your phone number on the order form that your item is not available, and if there may be a size up, size down or other colors available in the style you selected. At this point your order is considered "Not Available" and your credit card has never been charged. If you would like to check on other styles, simply message us through contact us
Other Items: Our system will notify you via email and your order will be cancelled. Your credit card was never charged.
If your order is being drop shipped from a warehouse, your shipping address and phone number will be given for shipping purposes only.
Any drop ship orders are 20.00 drop ship fee. One the order is placed we can send you an email to let you know if the item you order was in stock and have to be special order for you from the manufacturer. (Final Sale)
We are a retailer and do not make these at viper apparel we offer the best prices and our goal is to give you the best product at the best price. The pictures on our web site are ALL the pictures available that are provided by the manufacturer.

Return and exchange:
All special order dresses are non returnable. Your requests for return must be received by us, via email or phone, within 2-3 days of your receiving your order.if the the item you received was the wrong size or color . You will be giving a code to place on the box when you return the dress back to us without the code the dress will be ship back to you. Under no circumstances will returns or exchanges be given after this 2-3 day period. Ones we get the dress back we run a check on it if we find anything is wrong with the dress or it has been warn or damage we have the right to send it back to you we check our dresses from top to bottom before we send it out.

all special orders dresses from the manufactory are none returnable or exchangeable any time a dress is not in our stock it mean we have to special order it . Due to limited store space as a full-service specialty store we do not have the same capacity that our manufacturers and factories do to house dresses. Each season we buy stock for our store depending on how many gowns we think we can sell that given season. Any returned gowns would have to be added to our stock in our store. (Because dresses are ordered in specific styles, sizes and colors it is very rare that another customer will want the exact dress that you did,which means we would rarely be able to sell the dress.) This would then cause our store to be overstocked and force us to raise our prices to cover losses due to returns and exchanges.
Some customers would want to return their gown AFTER wearing it. No one would want to buy a gown that someone has already worn and we are unable to sell used merchandise.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all dresses International shipping charges are to get your package to your country. We do not charge any customs when sending our packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and viperapparel is not responsible for those charges. You are not paying those charges to viperapparel , you are paying them to your country's customs agency. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency.
