SALES

Once your order has been placed, it in no way can be cancelled unless:

  1. The item(s) is(are) discontinued, or
  2. If Viper Apparel is unable to ship the item(s) before your event date.

For customer security we require shipping and billing addresses to be the same in all cases, should they be different we require the following to be emailed to us;

  1. a copy or your photo identification, (Ex. State or National ID, Passport), and
  2. a copy of a bill from the billing location (Electric Bill, etc), and
  3. a copy of your credit card, front and back.

Payment methods are strict for the safety of the customer and the safety of the store. We require you to have one of the following methods of payment to make a purchase from Viper Apparel;

  1. Cash (in-store)
  2. MasterCard
  3. Visa
  4. Western Union
  5. Money Gram
  6. Paypal

Use of coupon codes is limited to 1 (one) coupon code being used per order, per day, and furthermore multiple coupon codes can not be combined during your order.

For the safety of the customer and Viper Apparel, all international order customers, defined as an order not placed from within the United States, are required to email us;

Our systems have the ability to detect fraudulent purchases and therefore may require you to contact us and send us the following information;

Should your item not be available, our systems will email you or call you and alert you as soon as it is given notice. Normally this takes place within 24 hours of your order.

  • If you payed with credit card, no worries, your credit card isn’t charged until we are sure your item is available.
  • If you payed with Money Gram or Western Union, we will
  • If you payed with Paypal, we will refund your money within 24 hours through Paypal.

We are not responsible for pricing errors on our webpage.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:                                                                                    

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.  NO EXCHANGES NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS

ALL IN-STOCK SALES ARE FINAL. ALL SPECIAL ORDERS, MEANING THE DRESS IS COMING FROM THE DESIGNER, ARE ALSO A FINAL SALE.

FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS ONLY, THERE IS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE, IF YOU FEEL YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE YOUR DRESS FOR ANOTHER PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING DETAILS:

1.) CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT VIPER APPAREL WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE DRESS.

2.) EXCHANGE ONLY NO REFUNDS

3.) CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS FOR THE EXCHANGE PROCESS.

4.) 20% RESTOCKING FEE AND SHIPPING IS CHARGED ON ALL EXCHANGES, THIS AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE DRESS.  AFTER 20% RESTOCKING FEE IS TAKEN,      VIPER APPAREL WILL CONTACT YOU WITH THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE ON YOUR ACCOUNT AFTER THE 20% AND SHIPPING COSTS ARE DEDUCTED,  FOR THE EXCHANGE.

5.) EXCHANGE MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS.  

6.) CUSTOMER MUST ONLY EXCHANGE ONE TIME.  MULTIPLE EXCHANGES ARE NOT PERMITTED.

WE ENCOURAGE OUR CUSTOMERS TO DOUBLE CHECK THEIR SIZE MEASUREMENTS BEFORE ORDERING.  WE DO NOT SUGGEST SIZES FOR ONLINE CUSTOMERS.

ALL OF OUR DRESSES ARE AUTHENTIC AND ARE FULLY INSPECTED.  DO NOT SEND THE DRESS BACK TO VIPER OR THE DRESS DESIGNER.  THE PACKAGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL RETURN TO YOU.  YOU MUST HAVE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION TO SHIP THE DRESS BACK TO VIPER APPAREL.  YOU WILL BE GIVEN A REFERENCE NUMBER.  

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL.  


 

 

 

SHIPPING

Customers who request shipping to their location are responsible for being at their intended delivery location at the time of delivery. If it is the case that the customer is not at their intended delivery location at the time of delivery and the product is therefore returned to Viper Apparel and/or the designer, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to get the dress back to their intended delivery location.

Customers who refuse their item delivery and force shipment back to the Designer or Viper Apparel do not obtain refunds or exchanges under any circumstance. International shipping charges are to get your package to your country.

We do not charge any customs fees when sending our packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and Viper Apparel is not responsible for those charges. You are not paying those charges to Viper Apparel, you are paying them to your country's customs agency. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency.

Drop shipping is the act of shipping directly from the manufacturer. This has a $20 fee, and is highly recommended to save time on the customers end.
