Hot damn, Mariah Carey goes from ugly duckling to fabulous diva at the Capri film fest. She is smoking-hot in a not-too-body-hugging burgundy sequin halter gown, marabou stole and luscious wavy locks. This doesn't mean she's off the hook for yesterday—she could've been 2 for 2 instead of 1 for 2! Obvi she can kill it on the carpet when she wants to. We just wish she wanted to all the time.
